COMFORT
Your visit with us will be comfortable, relaxing and unhurried. Whilst undergoing treatment with us, you may choose to watch a favourite DVD on a set of high-tech video glasses (either from our library or your own) or listen to a relaxing CD.
SAFETY
Your safety is of the highest concern to us. We operate the latest systems of sterilisation throughout the practice and use disposable products wherever possible.
NO PAIN
Our goal is to make your dentistry completely pain-free. Our patients consistently tell us that we have mastered the technique of giving virtually painless injections. We also use a computer-controlled injection system called “The Wand”. For those patients who are more anxious, we offer several levels of dental sedation.
MICRO-DENTISTRY
As all our dentistry is performed using high-power magnification we are able to detect any problems at a much earlier stage. Small problems are always easier and less costly to treat than large problems. This also allows us to work with a superb level of precision unachievable with the naked eye.

As the practice will be closed periodically for our programme of continuous staff training, we always have emergency cover in place during these periods.
EMERGENCIES
In case of emergency phone the practice as early as possible and we will make every effort to see you that day. For evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays please phone the Herts Emergency Dental Service on 0845 603 1409
PAYMENTS
There are a variety of ways you may pay for your dental care. We are happy to accept payment by cash, cheque or major credit card. For larger courses of treatment we will be happy to arrange a monthly payment plan to suit your needs. Please ask us for details.
For patients who prefer to pay for their routine care with monthly payments, we offer the Practice Plan scheme where, once you are dentally healthy, you may pay either £15.50 or £18.94 per month depending on the level of care you wish.
FAILED APPOINTMENTS
We make no charge for failed appointments providing we receive 48 hours notice (or by 1 pm on Friday for appointments on the following Monday). If you fail to arrive for an appointment that you have reserved, our normal business practice is to charge you the full rate for the time lost. However, in the case of a genuine emergency, or if we are able to use the time to see another patient, we reserve the right to waive this charge.
GUARANTEES
All our dentistry is guaranteed. Should any of our dentistry need replacing within three years it will be at no charge. All we ask in return is that you have a six-monthly examination and cleaning. This guarantee is null and void if you fail to have six-monthly check-ups.
REFERRALS
Our practice grows principally by word of mouth. If you are happy with our practice I would ask you to pass one of my business cards on to any friends, family or colleagues who you think would like our type of dental care. I have taken the liberty of enclosing some cards with this pack.
OUR PROMISE
We will provide the same type of dentistry and care as we would provide for our own families and for ourselves. Whilst we are always happy to compromise on time, we will never compromise on quality.
