In case of emergency phone the practice as early as possible and we will make every effort to see you that day. For evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays please phone the Herts Emergency Dental Service on 0845 603 1409.
There is plenty of onsite parking at our dental practice. |

As the practice will be closed periodically for our programme of continuous staff training, we always have emergency cover in place during these periods.
FAILED APPOINTMENTS
We make no charge for failed appointments providing we receive 48 hours notice (or by 1 pm on Friday for appointments on the following Monday). If you fail to arrive for an appointment that you have reserved, our normal business practice is to charge you the full rate for the time lost. However, in the case of a genuine emergency, or if we are able to use the time to see another patient, we reserve the right to waive this charge.
